Instructions for Use

For the first use of the iron kettle, put a small cup of tea and water in the iron kettle and cook it for about 60 minutes.
So the tannins contained in the tea leaves and the iron dissolved in the iron kettle will form a layer of tannin iron film on
the surface of the iron pot, which will make it less likely to rust.

For daily use, please fill with 7 points full of water, so as not to overflow after the water boils.

Iron Pot Maintenance

About 5 days after starting use, something like red rust will appear inside, and white scale will appear in about 10 days.
After long-term use, the interior will turn red, there is no problems as long as the water does not become turbid. This is irrelevant,
please Do Not remove it, do not think it is rust to rub it or wash it. When using normally except for boiling,
before the iron kettle is completely cooled, please do not cover the lid. Dry the lid with a dry cloth. If you immediately cover the lid,
the steam inside the kettle will turn into a drop of water as the temperature drops. Inside the pot, it causes the inner wall of the pot to rust.
