Product Description

An adult needs 0.8-1.5mg iron every day. The ISINO iron pot is made from high-purity raw materials. Water boiled in the ISINO iron pot will easily generate divalent iron ions which are easily absorbed by the human body, thus supplementing iron required by the human body and effectively preventing anemia. Water boiled in the ISINO iron pot will give you a soft and round taste, so it is very appropriate for tea making.

Japan's iron pot is originated from water heaters produced in Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty of China. Japan's iron pot may be traced back to the Japanese Edo Period (1780s), and has several hundred years of history. The iron pot is very popular in Japan, and is almost used by each household. We provide a vintage packing box for every iron pot, so you can give your friends and families as a gift.

All ISINO iron pots are hand polished, and are innovated and improved on the basis of ancient pot making technology. The iron pot receives the best gloss enamel processing in its inside, thus effectively preventing internal rust. Carbon is added so that the tea pot is tougher, more wear-resistant, rust-roof and antibacterial and product quality is guaranteed. We provide a pad for free so that your desk is not damaged by a hot iron pot. The teapot is provided with a firm and simple all-steel handle which is firmly connected and does not fall off.

A Japanese cast iron teapot, or tetsubin, with a "hobnail" pattern. I bought this for my wife a number of years ago, back when we would have a nice leisurely spot of tea on occasion, although we rarely have time to sit down and brew a leisurely pot of anything these days. I wanted to try to keep it simple tonight, but I still spent longer than I planned, mostly because I wanted to get steam rising out of the spout, but I just couldn't convince steam to come out of the spout no matter how much steam rose out of the lid when I opened it. Go figure. Tomorrow's going to be tricky, since I'm spending the entire day and most of my evening at a conference my company is running, and everything there is confidential. The conference is right next to the Charles River, though, so I'm hoping I might be able to sneak outside at some point and get a shot or two in, but it's going to be tricky.
