There is a little tree that is set up all year in my house. Once upon a time, I changed out the ornaments, ribbons, etc. every month to go with the events planned during that month. It became a lot of work for someone who still teaches full time and, to be honest, for someone who has less energy as I 'mature'. Now, I change the tree only 4-6 times per year. This Spring, I decided to forgo the bunnies and eggs I did last year and focus on a 'winged' and tea theme. This display is in what I call the Kitchen Annex. Over the years it has been a family room, TV room, and playroom. I've been interested in having a themed tree, but like you mentioned it is a lot of work changing it. Of course your tea themed tree piqued my interest. What a great way to display tiny teacup ornaments and other special trinkets. You wove the ribbon beautifully throughout the tree. I enjoyed looking at all of your unique ornaments. Source: Karen's Butterflies and Faeries
