The "Teapot" asterism is the easily recognisable part of the Sagittarius constellation, as seen from the northern hemisphere.
The Teapot necklace is made entirely of sterling silver and little stars are brilliant cut natural citrine and synthetic* blue spinel (2.5 to 3.5 mm). I chose gemstones that correspond in terms of color and size to the real colours (yellow and blue) and magnitude of the stars (please see the last photo).
The pendant measures roughly 45 x 30 mm ( ~ 1.8 x 1.2 inches) and the length of the necklace is 47 cm (18 inch). It has an extra 6 cm extension in case you prefer it a bit longer.
This necklace is ready to ship and will arrive beautifully packed in a black box.
The pendant pictured here has not been oxidised, it is white silver, but you can also order it with a black patina, which I personally think that brings out the little stars. (please see here an example of a constellation pendant with black patina: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016QUT71U )
I am always open to suggestions; should you prefer to order a similar necklace set with other gemstones, please contact me and we'll discuss it.
* A synthetic gem material is one that is made in a laboratory, but which shares virtually all chemical, optical, and physical characteristics of its natural mineral counterpart.
